What impression does your website give to your patients?  If you are not sure maybe it’s time to find out. The best way to do this is to simply ask your patients. If you send out any regularly coorespondences to your patients this would be one way to ask for feedback. I personally suggest creating a quick survey and send to your email list of patients.

There are some free online tools to help make this an easy task for you. Survey Monkey > Link is a free web based survey tool that allows you to create a survey and send it via email. It also traks your responses for you as well. They offer a free basic account that limits your responses to 100. I think this is a pretty good start for feedback on your website.
